I have been practicing family law in Wyoming since 2011. I have experience with:
· High conflict divorces
· Domestic violence and sexual assault
· Power and control dynamics
· Same-sex divorces
· Families struggling with substance abuse
· Mental health disorders
· Children with disabilities
· Parent Child Contact Problems
As a practitioner my goal is always to keep families out of court. However, I have significant trial experience because not all cases settle. I can provide support and help you be prepared if your divorce ends up in a courtroom.
On a personal level I was divorced in 2015 and can empathize with the struggles of raising children post-divorce in two different homes. Even in the best of situations co-parenting can be very difficult. It takes practice.
Prior to living In Wyoming, I grew up in the South and still consider it “home” in many ways. I spent my first 15 years in Mississippi, then went to high school in Memphis and college in New Orleans. I visit friends and family as often as possible on my “stomping grounds”. I would love to have clients from all over the country!
